My Students
Most of my students come from low-income families. My students deserve the same opportunities as some of the suburban districts when it comes to supplies and field trips.
Though we try our best to fundraise; it is very difficult to raise enough money to cover the costs for equipment and gear.
The kids deserve the opportunity to use and wear the best equipment and with your help they will be able to do so!
My Project
Coming from a low-income high school; not much funding is available for the girls to train in the off-season in order to perfect their craft. The resistance bands are great for working on exploding to the basket! The weight balls will help with fitness and weight training. With the donation of the speed rope; my players can work on coordination and footwork. With the help of these donations, we hope to change the culture of female sports at our high school! Train just like the pros! Thank you very much!
