Our school is considered a Title I school, serving students in grades Pre-K through fifth. My third grade students are very diverse. Some of them come from various ethnic backgrounds, some come from single family homes, living in poverty-level conditions. Some have learning disabilities, and some are gifted academically.
My students deserve the absolute best there is to offer, yet often times are exposed to the worst.
I strive to provide them with the best learning opportunities so that they can learn in ways that best fit their needs. I hope that you choose to partner with our class to help me make that happen!
My Project
Since I began my teaching career 4 years ago, I have always wanted to attend a training at the Ron Clark Academy. I strive every day to give my very best to my students, but I believe there is always room for improvement.
Teachers never stop learning!
Ron Clark brings excitement to teaching and learning! I want my kids to be excited about learning. I believe there are strategies and techniques that I could learn from attending this training at the Ron Clark Academy that will help me do just that! I want to bring back ideas to share with my colleagues as we find new ways to increase student engagement and achievement!
