As we approach our 4th and final term, my scholars need a little extra boost to incentivize their process and behavior gains. I want to incentivize positive behavior and motivate them to do their best. Each day students can earn points based on the school-wide expectations, they can then use those points to select various treats. This not only gives them a goal, but it in a sense teaches financial literacy.
The treats I requested, Blow Pops and Cheetos, will be used as rewards for positive behavior and will be given out daily to create a positive and exciting environment.
I believe that the treats are a great way to incentivize positive behavior and create a fun and positive atmosphere in our school. By providing my students with a treasure chest and snacks I hope to increase their motivation and enthusiasm to finish the year out strong.
