My Project
These items are specifically intended assist in coaching middle school student athletes of track and field.
These tools will be used to help increase the student athletes' fitness, technique, agility, and visualize their improvement in the event(s) they chose to participate in.
The hurdles and ladders are specifically intended to be used to increase speed and agility. Medicine balls are going to be very helpful in improving current and new students core strength. The timing system and starting blocks will be used specifically as a training aid so that the students receive immediate feed back as their skills in running events improve.
