In any classroom, there is a wide range of abilities and needs among the students. Sometimes it is necessary to supplement the curriculum in order to meet the needs of each student.
TPT is an excellent resource for supplying hands on and engaging materials for students, but it often comes directly out of the teacher's pocket.
We use TPT resources for creating engaging play experiences in our pretend center, to keep our daily sign-in work fresh and exciting, and to provide extra hands-on learning opportunities in small group lessons. As a special education classroom, we also frequently look to TPT resources for practicing IEP goals and providing visuals for our regular routines.
