Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
With the materials from this project the children in my class will have the opportunity to be exposed to topics in our curriculum more in-depth. The children are always so excited to learn new things but with the lack of exposure the children in certain communities face, having resources which they can also play with will help so much.
At the Early Childhood level, children learn best through play and these resources will help with that.
They will be able to learn about the globe, the healthy foods they should be eating and how to create a healthy plate, they will even be able to enhance their knowledge with the bilingual card set which they can listen to with a partner.
