This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our school closed March 13th, and my students have not been back in the classroom since. Online learning has been very tough on many of my students, many of them face issues of connectivity.

My students are currently learning how to navigate through our online class that serves as our learning platform.

My Project

As most of the teachers and parents of the world, I am currently teaching from home. And as most of the teachers and parents of the world I think we can all agree the transition has not been seamless. One issue that arises is trying to work out math problems on a laptop...that is not a touch screen.

An iPad would help with that issue, it will allow for me to use it as a whiteboard so that I can help my students in math virtually.

They will be able to see what I am writing as I am writing it, and it would be legible enough for them to understand it!
