My Students
My Pre-K students and I have begun the remote learning journey! We participate in Zoom meetings every day to go over new material, and to check in with each other. We are passionately involved in discovering new things together. In addition, I am recording lessons at home for these low income families to view since the parents are not able to read the English directions. I am amazed by their willingness to try new things.
My Project
In the coming years, there will be a drastic change in teaching in the classroom. Students will no longer be able to share supplies. With your generous donation each child will be able to have their own set of writing tools. My students will be able to use these materials at home for distance learning as well as in the classroom.
A variety of age appropriate writing tools and hands-on learning materials will support their creative minds.
Providing these tools will aleviate the families' need to go out and purchase them on their own.
