Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These materials allow me to use games and flash cards to create activities that target multiple articulation and expressive language goals for my students. Using linguistic approaches like minimal pairs is an effective strategy for developing awareness for speech sound errors. Games that are versatile and represent multiple cultural identities are more engaging for the students at my school. The different content of the flashcards will allow me to work with groups of students with mixed language goals.
