This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help me give my students sensory tools and visual timers to support their mental health and self-regulation, building a strong foundation for participation in sports, exercise, and active play at school.

These materials will help my students develop focus, body awareness, and emotional control—skills that are essential not only in the classroom, but also on the playground and in the gym.

With calming tools, fidgets, weighted lap pads, and visual timers, my students will be better prepared to follow directions, cooperate with peers, and confidently participate in group movement and exercise. Your support helps them grow stronger—physically, emotionally, and socially.
