Tonies: Engaging Reading and Music in Kindergarten!

My Project
Kindergarteners love to listen to stories! Tonies are not only fun and engaging, but they provide an excellent opportunity to hear quality music and books read aloud.
Tonies allows for active listening, improved comprehension and vocabulary building, while promoting independence in learning through a tactile, screen-free, and interactive experience.
They are engaging, clear and creative in their approach to students, bringing together music and learning. They also offer mental health support and awareness.
I plan to use these materials for a station during center time, for our calming center, and relaxing time. My students will have the option to use these boxes during free time or structured group activities. I feel that music helps students learn and actually creates a "brain productivity" surge in the classroom!
