Help me give my students Toniebox audio systems for screen-free literacy learning and enrichment!

My Project
The Tonie audio system is designed for young children to operate independently, and without having to stare at a screen. Playback, volume control, and track selection is all managed through tactile play, adding interactivity to listening. Tonies are programmed figures that play all kinds of audio, including music, stories, lessons, and mindfulness content. Children can use it every day, independently or in small groups. It’s great for early assignment finishers, in- between activities, or dedicated Tonie Time activities.
I want to incorporate the Tonie system to give teachers an additional teaching tool for their classrooms.
Classroom teachers will house the listening box and our Media Center will circulate the Tonie figures for students to use in the classroom! As a librarian, my job is to support all student learning and provide tools for teachers to meet student learning goals. Tonies give students the opportunity to listen to fiction and non-fiction stories of their choice, build vocabulary and language learning by listening to the recorded stories, and provide a screen-free way to explore creativity and engagement in literacy.
As a Title I school, we have a very diverse group of students with varying levels of educational ability. At age 18 months children from higher socioeconomic status demonstrate language-processing efficiency that is on average, six months ahead of lower SES children. Using a variety of techniques to help students understand words assists them in creating networks of associations, in their mental dictionary. Tonies will be used as another way to keep students engaged in stories which in turn will increase the student’s vocabulary and academic achievement.
