In my classroom, I use a lot of Mayer-Johnson Symbols for communication boards, classroom, and individual schedules, lessons, and transitions. The students use communication boards at home to communicate with parents and siblings. Communication boards are also used during our community trips (to the zoo, diner, library, supermarkets, etc). The students use an individual schedule at school and home as well. The teacher-made worksheets are printed every day. In order to create all these communication boards, schedules, and symbols, we need to print them. Unfortunately, the toner runs out very fast.
