Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This year, I’m embarking on a new and exciting journey as I join forces with two fellow educators to create a dynamic, collaborative learning space. As we merge our classrooms, we’re focused on building an environment that is not only organized and efficient, but also engaging and inspiring for all of our students. With your support, we can stock our shared classroom with essential tools that will help us start the year strong and keep learning flowing smoothly all year long.

Items like pre-sharpened pencils, glue sticks, construction paper, and dry erase markers will support hands-on learning and creativity!

Organization will also be key in a shared space, and classroom storage bins, turn-in trays, and a hanging wall file folder will help keep materials accessible and routines consistent. Tissues, a huge classroom essential, will help keep our learners comfortable and healthy.

Your generosity will greatly help us set the tone for a supportive and energized classroom culture where students feel ready to learn and grow! With the right supplies and specific systems in place, we can focus more on teaching and students can focus on learning, ensuring our students get the most out of every school day.
