This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My school is considered a Title 1 school due to the surrounding community being economically disadvantaged. I love that despite challenges, my students persist. My students are smart, creative, kind, and brave. I take great pleasure in serving my students and preparing them for their next chapter in life.
I use different materials such as expo markers, whiteboards, pencils, erasers, personal sharpeners, a charging station, classroom decor, Lysol spray, and fidget toys.
These resources will help students to be safe and successful in their academic, social, and emotional learning.
Since most parents are unable to contribute finically, I need your help to provide my students with year-long materials that will allow them to experience an equitable learning opportunity.
