This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
This pandemic really has thrown Room 31 for a loop. We have faced some bumps in the road but continue to overcome them. One way to help me better my instruction for my students during distance learning is new math, art and learning tools.
Unfortunately, my students are strugglingn on their end with many things during distance learning, these tools will help us work together and experience better online lessons.
My Project
This project will allow my students with the hands on resources we would usually use in the classroom, but in the comfort of their own homes. Distance learning doesn't have to feel so different, with your help, my students can have their own materials and manipulatives to enhance our lessons online.
The math maniuplatives will allow them to follow my lead in taking their understanding to a deeper level.
All the art tools, will allow them to express themselves just like they would if they were in the classroom. Teaching while we have to be apart is tricky, but with these materials, we will all be working towards excellence together.
