Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I wish to use the materials ordered to inspire a love for learning. Pre school is the most important time in a child life. The factory chair and ottoman will allow students to have a quiet seating area to explore the sensory items and also the story telling kits. The story kits will assist with retelling skills.
Music and movement is so important with little ones.
The musical instruments will bring the classroom alive while learning rhythm and rhyme.
Social and emotional activities are so important now that we are back in the classroom post COVID. These opportunities will encourage students to learn about different cultures and traditions.
I love that with every activity, every conversation, every smile a student walks away learning and loving school.
