Today Is the Day to Learn Something New in Kindergarten

Help me give my students a light up table for center time and easel for morning message.

My Project

My students are very special to me. They come to school not only to learn, but to be loved. Every student in my class holds a special place in my heart, they are all unique and have a purpose.

These materials will benefit my students with learning hands on and help keep the classroom organized.

The light up table will be great for center time! At center time, students will be able to build words with magnetic letters. The goal is for students to create CVC words hands on. The magnetic shapes will allow my students to use their imagination and create objects from the shapes. The bookshelf will also be great during center time, we have a reading center and this shelf will display books for the students to grab. The dry erase easel will be awesome for writing a morning message. Every morning as a group we read our message and students identify letters and sight words out of the message. The last few items will help organize the classroom. The 3 tier rolling cart will be a part of small group time. All the materials I will need for the group will be in the cart and I will not have to search the room for the activity. The last item I asked for is the roller cart with 10 drawers. Each drawer will represent a mailbox for the student. This will help keep their papers organized. At the end of each day while we are getting ready go home, packing up papers will go smoothly.
