My Project
Students interacted with technology so much through distance education that many have been turned off when it comes to new technology and its use. A rocketry program will stir student interest in new technologies and provide them with new skills and opportunities in the future.
These rockets will allow our school to improve our flight program and will give our students a hands on approach to learning aerodynamics, physics, elements of flight and new skills for 21st century jobs.
Currently our school has a drone program and we are looking to expand this to rockets as well. A Drone and rocket program in schools help students explore their interest and curiosity in 21st century technology. These flight programs challenge students to ask questions and act on their own curiosity and drive to learn about the technology.
