Help me give my students a more structured learning environment with cozy areas for play and easy access to materials.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Rice's classroom raised $380

My Students
This year I am teaching a self-contained special education classroom of 3-4 year olds. This classroom was relocated from another site in our county and was kind of thrown together with older materials. They are wonderful little ones and love making and learning new things every day.
The students this year are all boys.
They are all developmentally delayed in speech, academics and motor skills, but have managed to make great progress so far.
Our regular pre-K classes have been very generous with their resources and with including us in pre-K activities.
My Project
We are requesting materials that will give my students a more structured learning environment with cozy areas for play and easy access to materials. My students with delays will be safer in our housekeeping center with the classroom rug. They will have easier access to materials with the storage bins and be able to create wonderful art projects with the art materials.
My students are just learning about letters, cutting, writing and gluing.
This class gives them some of their first exposure to academics and motor activities. They are eager to learn and really enjoy doing hands-on projects with letters, numbers or our theme for the week.
Materials for organization like the paper storage and the plastic bins will help us with quicker access to materials.
More than half of students from low‑income households
