To Calculate or Not to Calculate, That Is The Question

Help me give my students math centers and kits to help them become proficient mathematicians!

My Project

My students give me the energy to keep going, their motivation fuels my motivation. My students are from a small town in North Carolina but they have big personalities. My classroom consist of a multitude of learning styles and abilities.

In this day and age it is so easy for children to just pick up a calculator to figure out math facts but I want more for my students.

With the multiplication and division math kit I can teach my students the foundation of learning multiplication and division. With this kit we will walk through different strategies to help them problem solve. This kit will be for my students in grades 3-6.

The bean bag center will be for my kiddos in Kindergarten through 1st grade who still need help with learning their letters and numbers.
