This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students always enjoy sitting on the carpet to enjoy a good book. I plan to use this set of Get Along Books as part of my social emotional lessons to engage students in authentic discussions about their feelings.
Kindness, politeness, and conflict resolution deserve a good curriculum and teaching materials.
These books will help me teach children how to identify and manage emotions so that can get along with each other. They are essential as I work on building a stronger classroom community that appreciate, respect, and accept one another.
