To Bard or Not to Bard: No Fear Hamlet

My Project

The time has come to introduce my senior English students to Shakespeare! A majority of my students struggle with Shakespeare's language, but greatly enjoy the universality of his plays.

No Fear Shakespeare makes Shakespeare's plays more accessible to students.

This book provides a modern English translation alongside the Elizabeth English to help guide the students while they learn and adjust to "Shakespeare Language." Every student deserves access to a quality education and the resources to help them succeed, no matter their ease and comfort working with complex language.

We will use these books to facilitate close reads and read-alouds as we work to analyze characterization, conflict, and theme in Shakespeare's Hamlet.
