My Project
My school is a Title 1 school. Working in a library and technology center with huge number of students often requires strategies to simplify things. However, I also Non-English Learners that make my job more complex. Also, I keep on moving places from one class to another to follow-up for the technology devices. Hence, I need a help to keep me working effectively. This is the reason why I need an iPad for my work.
An iPad brings profit and comfortablity to the library and technology works as I facilitate assistance to kids for their learning.
First, it help me give my students visuals to support their communication, following steps instructions and decrease times stuck on technology difficulty. Second, it has translation features. Using the Google translate app, it helps me communicated the non-English learners. Also, an iPad has screen ability of capability which allows students with easy, faster, and better communication by allowing us to help many of our non-English speaking students and as I move from one classroom to another. Lastly, ipad's interactive features allows our tech team to assist and helping students' technology setup enable students access all they needs for classroom materials on the laptop.
