I teach fifth grade Special Education in an Integrated Co-Teaching Classroom. My students have been working remotely the past school year and are about to continue learning in the classroom this school year. They are eager to learn and love to explore new subjects. My students are all diverse and come from diverse backgrounds.
My students all have different needs and learn in different ways.
Right now my students are returning to learning in the classroom and rely on basic supplies and technology to help them learn.
My Project
With a new school year coming up and the challenges of the pandemic my students are in need of tissues and paper towels. These supplies will help our classroom start the school year on a positive note. Students are often using tissues and paper towels in the classroom daily.
With the pandemic comes many different challenges.
One challenge for families are getting basic classroom supplies. Students use tissues and paper towels daily. With these supplies my students will be able to have less to worry about and have everything they need.
More than a third of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
