Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

This year I am teaching 30 high fourth graders. I teach in a Title I school, located in a very high-poverty and high-crime area of Pennsylvania.

All of my students receive free breakfast and lunch.

Many of my students come from homes where English is not spoken. I have eight special education students and five ESL (English as a Second Language) students in my classroom. Several of the students in my classroom have an in-class social worker. I would appreciate as much support as I can get for my little ones. Thank you in advance.

My Project

I would love to get Life Essential Materials for my students.

Please support my fourth graders in getting Life Essential tissues, lotion, band-aids, towelettes, advil and glasses cleaner.

My students often complain that their skin is dry. I would love it if they could get lotion to bring home. They often stay home because they are not feeling well. It would be great to give their families advil. Many of my students wear glasses and often complain that they are dirty. It would be great to send them home with glasses cleaner.

Some of my students come to school with stains on their clothes. The shout wipes would solve this problem. Lastly, they could use band-aids for when they get hurt.
