Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students do their best to bring in supplies at the beginning of the year to help our class stay prepared to learn. That being said, we are near the midpoint of our school year and our supply closets are in desparate of a restock.

With flu and cold season, we go through about a box of tissues in a week (sometimes less!) and having back up tissues, Clorox wipes, and paper towels in our cabinets will allow us to prepare for our battle against germs and sickness.

Moreover, I am also requesting supplies such as colored pencils, crayons, and Post-it notes for students to elevate their projects to new creative heights! As I teach over 100 students, we go through supplies very quickly and are constantly in need of replenishment.
