Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our Pre-K 3 classroom, we believe in celebrating small victories and encouraging positive behavior through fun and meaningful rewards. Our treasure box plays a big role in motivating students to follow classroom rules, be kind friends, and try their best every day. We are asking for donations to help restock our treasure box with small, exciting prizes that spark joy and reinforce good choices.

The treasure box is used as a positive reinforcement tool to support social-emotional learning, behavior management, and academic effort.

Each time a child reaches a milestone—such as sharing with a friend, completing a task, or showing perseverance—they earn the opportunity to choose a prize. These small rewards have a big impact on their confidence, motivation, and classroom engagement.
