My Project
What I love most about my TK students is their boundless curiosity, joyful energy, and the genuine kindness they show one another as they begin their learning journey. Every day, they come to school eager to explore, create, and connect. But being so young, they are still learning how to express and manage big emotions.
A calm-down corner gives them a safe, supportive space to pause, reflect, and regain control.
By meeting their emotional needs, we help them build confidence, resilience, and self-awareness—skills that will benefit them throughout their school years and beyond.
