Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As we are all aware the housing affordability crisis is at an all time high. This project allows students creative freedom to come up with their own designs to create a tiny affordable house of their dreams. The items Iv requested will help students plan and draw the home they come up with. The goal of this project is to create engaging discussions about housing and how we can create more affordable and "green" housing. The unique students of my school site are from every walk of life, from wealthy wineries to the farm hands that help those wineries run and operate. The students have a chance to learn skills and abilities that they could use to make a direct impact on this small community of Paso Robles.
