This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love building and using their creativity. We need a refresher on some of our STEM toy favorites. All of my kindergarteners have loved the toys in the class so much. This project is to try new toys and replace some that they have loved too hard over the years.
My students love to keep their hands and minds busy!
We end the day with a creativity time, during which they build and play with STEM toys. I have noticed that many of my students enjoy this time because they can express their creativity and collaborate with their friends to make new creations each day.
I hope to continue to provide opportunities for my students to learn with these STEM toys.
