Help us be even more FANTASTIC in FIRST by funding a small group table in our classroom!
Nothing says "I care about you" more than spending time with my students at our small group table.
Whether it's reading group instruction or differentiating a math lesson for a focused group of students, A LOT of time is spent at a small group table in first grade. Students get a chance to ask questions that they may not ask during whole group instruction, and they readily receive special attention from their teacher in this space. After our work is done in small group, students walk away feeling more confident and cared for!
I adore watching students pop up from their seats when their small group is called during the day. This is a time that I know my students are eager to be near me and learn, and I truly cherish it! Please help me host years and years of learning ahead at my small group.
