My students need flip charts to post our work, a laminator to preserve it, and whiteboard markers and erasers to learn phonics and begin to write.

My Students
Detroit is a city that is saving itself. A city build on hard work and undeniable soul. My students might only be 6 years old, but they are resilient, strong, and brave beyond their years. Life has made them gritty and resilient--qualities that will help them when challenged in the classroom.
By donating to this project, my students will hear from the world that they are worthy of the highest quality education.
They will not let you down, they are excited and ready for the years to come.
My Project
Now that we have some basic materials, it is time to get down to learning. With these key tools and supplies our classroom will become a place of learning. Always having chart paper will ensure that we can always share our ideas and post our work. Having a laminator will make it easy to preserve our work and look back on what we have already learned.
White board supplies will allow us to dive into our phonics lessons, and bins and storage will allow us to fill our classroom with even more books.
Finally, we will never want for pencils and we can spend all of our time focused on using our pencils and growing our minds.
