Help me give my students a fantastic kids magazine to enhance their Science, Math, and Literacy skills! They love to read about what goes on in the world and how they could be a part of it all.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students brighten my day and keep life exciting! Every day is an adventure in Math and Science. We have a great time with Math centers, Scoot activities, Board Races, Computer games, Science investigations and the students love to play while learning.
I have Regular Ed with Special Ed inclusion students who consistently have difficulty with focus and concentration.
I would like to find ways for my students to exert energy while still concentrating on the skills we learn every day.
These items will be a way of fulfilling my students urge to move while also focusing on their task in front of them.
My Project
TIME magazine helps students to explore the world! TIME presents articles pertaining to math, science, and social topics that each student can benefit from. From current social issues to math challenges to robotics to water systems for third world countries, and beyond.
TIME helps to stoke the creative fire in each of my students!
It gives them ideas. It helps them ask and answer...What can I do? What can I be? How can I change the world? How can I help? TIME presents reading level material in an interesting way.
This magazine will help my students to see and dream about their future!
