This might just be my most creative idea ever. Using Lego Spike kits and the accompanying software, we are going to have students use code to create dance-offs. To take it a step further, we will then have the students use the Robots and the Earsketch platform to a rap battle.
Students get excited about rap, hip-hop, and dance, so we will bring the three together with robotics and coding!
I am sure most people have heard of Battle Bots, and maybe robotics challenges offered by companies such as VEX and FIRST, but have you ever seen robots in a dance challenge or a rap battle? I know I haven't and I have seen a lot in my almost 20-year teaching career.
