This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are energetic and enthusiastic learners who come to school every day eager to learn, where it is online or in person! They like to explore, question, and collaborate on a daily basis. We have tried out various learning strategies, and we are always anxious to explore new tools!

My students have a big appetite for knowledge!

Many of my students are working hard to master grade-level content while still engaging with high-interest topics. They are always excited and up for a new learning challenge. Learners today, leaders tomorrow!

My Project

My students love reading! A digital subscription to TIME for kids would give them access to even more text during in-person and remote learning. While my students enjoy reading fiction books, they are always hungry for more engaging nonfiction text.

TIME for Kids is an engaging and high quality resource that exposes students to current events in an age appropriate way.

My students would be so grateful and would love this resources, and as their teacher I would love it too! This resource is aligned to standards and can help students work on language arts, science, and social studies standards.
