Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I get to take my students out twice a day for 15 minutes each time. The students really look forward to this time but there are times we are not able to go outside, and this is when indoor recess happens. I have some items that are helpful for the students, but the items that I requested would help the students be able to use their motor skills in a more positive way. Items such as blocks, building sets, and magnetic tiles would also allow the students to have fun while learning and getting out some of their energy! I will use these materials during indoor recess time and center time.
