My 18 kindergarten students come from an extremely diverse background.
Our school is a high poverty, Title I school. The students in my class have been identified as "high-flyer's" in kindergarten and are eager learners. For these students, the TIME is now!
My Project
TIME For Kids builds reading and writing skills and will be easily integrated across my curriculum, including social studies, science and math. With your help, I will be able to take my students on trips the world, beginning in the Time for Kids magazine and ending where ever our imaginations lead us. Please consider giving my students a valuable gift - TIME.

Edition K - 1 (Grades Kindergarten and 1) TIME For Kids is a weekly classroom newsmagazine that motivates kids to read. Our new K - 1 edition (geared towards Kindergarten and 1st grade) is a theme-based edition that helps build early literacy skills and gets students excited about reading.
