Help me give my students a sensory room at school that can benefit all students, but especially students with autism, sensory processing disorder, anxiety, and ADHD.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These calming sensory room resources will provide my students the opportunity to regulate their sensory needs and refocus their attention to their classwork.

The sensory sock, stand and toys will give the students compression for those that need that sensory input. The various types of lights will help calm and relax the students.
These resources will improve their sensory room experience and also help with challenging behaviors.
