Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With over 340 students passing through my music classroom each week, this vibrant space is alive with creativity, movement, and sound—but it also requires thoughtful care to stay safe and welcoming.

By keeping our music classroom clean, we are creating a space where the entire school can explore their creativity, build confidence and find their voice through music.

A carpet sweeper and microfiber dusters would help keep the environment clean and allergen-free, especially important in a room where students sit on the floor, handle shared instruments, and engage in active learning.

A utility cart may seem small, but it’s a game-changer in a music classroom that juggles dozens of instruments and limited setup time between classes. It allows us to safely and efficiently transport instruments and materials, preserving valuable teaching time and reducing wear on equipment.
