My Students
The students in our room are enrolled at an elementary school in Reno, Nevada. The culture of our school is special, and students maintain a high level of academic achievement, gain ample opportunities to work with the arts and have built a pretty amazing culture over the last 50 years.
In our room, students work hard and strive to be on a path to college, career and civic readiness.
All students enjoy working with challenging and complex materials that ensure academic and social success.
My Project
This QBall will make a tremendous difference in my classroom by allowing all students to be heard. With the QBall, includes a Bluetooth microphone that can be connected to our classroom’s audio system. It can be thrown between students, which allows for rapid amplified responses and increased engagement. Moreover, it is fun.
The QBall is a cutting edge piece of technology, built for the classroom and for students, to enhance classroom discourse.
It was built by a teacher and for students.
This ball makes things fun and interesting while also teaching the necessary skills of vocalizing. Communication is key in our classroom and a QBall will make that much more exciting.
