it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are learning that more and more of our children can begin to understand about the importance of learning how to save and make sound financial decisions from a young age. The Digital coin piggy banks is a great way for our little ones to see how their money can stack up by putting just a little away at a time! We also want the ideology to transcend in the classroom through play. The Dramatic play manipulatives, counting materials and sorting sets bring mathematics to Life. They will help our students to understand parts of a whole and how making sets can support them in beginning to understand how saving is done through play.
We can talk about how to save, but actually showing them how playing with the materials can support them in comprehending why we encourage Financial Stability within our PreK class community will give them the tools to be able to carry financial stability into their daily lives making saving a lot easier for them as they grow and develop!
