One of the first lessons we learn about being healthy is drink water. So often middle school students get so involved in what they are doing, they forget to drink water. These water bottles will keep "take a drink" in the front of their minds while they are playing, studying or watching TV at home.
Hydrated students are able to learn and focus.
We need a class set of water bottles. We will use them everyday to stay hydrated in our classroom. By having water bottles with us, we can keep our stamina for learning. We will take them home on weekends while we are busy and active so we can stay hydrated.
