My Project
Science education is crucial for children as it cultivates essential skills, fosters curiosity, and broadens their understanding of the world. It helps them develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, which are valuable assets throughout their lives, both academically and professionally. Science encourages creativity, communication, and collaboration, making learning engaging and interactive.
Mystery Science is an innovative, standards-aligned, hands-on curriculum that teaches children how to think like scientists.
It will be used for grades k-5 throughout the school.
The phenomena-driven instruction helps kids to better understand and communicate about the the world around them through writing, discussion, and exploration.
Students will think like a scientist and this will inspire them to love science! Using a hands on phenomena driven instruction will help all students engage and love science.
