Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are sweet and eager to learn. They enjoy hands-on learning activities and want to try new things. After learning remotely for a year, they are definitely soaking in all the in-person experiences that were missing while learning virtually.

My Project

I plan to utilized the 3D Pens to help my students build a 3D model of a Biomimicry Robot. They will be planning and designing their own robot animal using certain attributes that will help them survive. The 3D pen will help the student's design come to life from their paper.

Having 3D pens will help incorporate more hands-on activities within our current curriculum.

The enhancement it will provide will be exponential.

In addition, 3D pens are much more student friendly and requires much less technology than a 3D printer.
