Things I Need for School!

Help me give my students the supplies they need to start 2nd grade!

My Students

My students are in kindergarten and attend a public school in a high-poverty area. They come to school with high hopes of learning new and interesting things.

The kindergarten experience will open doors for my students.

The time to prepare is now so my students will have all they need in order to succeed in their learning experience. These students come from an area that lacks a lot of resources so I am trying to make this environment welcoming and pleasant.

Now more than ever your help is needed to ensure that learning takes place. With your help, I will be able to provide for my students all they need this new school year.

My Project

As the school year ends, it is time to think about the next school year. The last 2 school years have been a challenge for the students. They have faced many battles that most of us at their age never did. With this in mind I would like to lessen the burdens on their families by giving them the much needed school supplies to start the year off right.

The supplies will be used though out the year as subject notebooks, homework notebooks and for journal writing.

The pencils will used both at school and home. The folders will keep all papers neat and together for students to use when needed.

Now all we need is for people like you to help us achieve our goal to lessen the burdens on our school families.
