My students need trash grabbers for their work as Student Ambassadors. Student Ambassadors help clean up trash around their school community and in the community park.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our Student Ambassadors make a big impact on our school community. They take pride in their community and their school and want to beautify their surroundings.
The Student Ambassadors are a select group of 4th and 5th graders who chose to spend their year working on service projects that promote cooperation, responsibility, trust, and pride.
This group of Student Ambassadors want to make a difference in their community.
My Project
One of our service project is to clean up our local park, which is where most of our students play on the weekends and after school. We also clean up around the school grounds. These trash grabbers will help our students in this work. Students will use these grabbers to easily pick-up trash around the park and neighborhood.
The donation of trash grabbers will give our Student Ambassadors the opportunity to give back to their neighborhood.
It will give them the feeling of pride and ownership of what they are able to achieve in helping making a difference. These trash grabbers will make a difference this year as well as future Student Ambassadors in the future.
