This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The idea of walking into a classroom is one thing. Walking into an inviting classroom with opportunity and comfort takes the experience to another level. Giving my 27 students a chance to take pride in the Mobile Learning Cottage would motivate and drive students to want to come to school and learn. At this moment, our students are engaged and making growth, but our space is limited.

Donating to our project would give students the chance to have a choice in their seating and comfort.

Working and learning in a comfortable environment is crucial to their education. My students are creative and love to explore other opportunities. They have busy minds and sometimes need a change in scenery. With limited space, we are looking to expand the options to move around the room and collaborate with each other.
