My Students

There is truly no place like home! Home is where we learn the most about life. Unfortunately, many of my students have not had the opportunity to pretend in this way before coming to kindergarten. My students would love the opportunity to pretend at this beautiful and imaginative kitchen set!

I teach all day kindergarten in a high-need community.

My classroom is hands- and brains-on. We love to sing while we learn. My class is made up of a diverse group of loving, energetic five and six year olds. They brighten my life, and that is why I am trying to brighten theirs!

My Project

I am requesting a beautiful kitchen set, multicultural play food, pretend cookware and doll clothes. My kindergarten students would love to visit this dramatic play center. At this center they would be able to develop their language, social, and problem-solving skills. This center would teach real life lessons. I am requesting multicultural items so my students that are ELL will also be able to feel at home at the housekeeping center.

It is so important to inspire creativity in young students, and you have the opportunity to do that.

Your donation would provide a resource my students need to develop and grow. You can make a difference in the lives of my students, and they are truly worth it!
