My Students

I teach at a Title I school that is one of the most diverse schools in the area. The students come from hard working families and are absolutely amazing. My students are active and eager to learn.

My students are inquisitive, avid readers who can't wait to discover the newest adventures in their favorite book series.

It makes my heart smile to see their love of reading.

My Project

Do you remember getting hooked on a series of books as a child? Think of the anticipation and excitement you felt waiting for and then finally reading the prized next installment of your favorite series. My students share that excitement and joy of waiting for and then finally devouring the newest books in their favorite series. My students are inquisitive, avid readers who are craving to discover the newest adventures in their favorite book series. The resources in this project will help bring books in a series to more of my students.

Watching my students getting lost in a book is one of the best things about teaching.
